💼 Your Role:

You’ll be at the forefront of Huzzle's growth, taking client sales calls, managing relationships, and driving revenue.

  • Convert our inbound leads into clients through taking sales calls
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Handle objections and close deals confidently
  • Achieve and exceed your sales targets
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts
  • Help us improve our sales process and strategy
  • Take on enterprise outreach as you grow with us

  • Start Date: Immediately
  • Salary: R40-50k
  • Location: Fully Remote

  • A superstar closer, you take pride in consistently closing deals
  • 2+ years in B2B sales / account management
  • Track record of hitting sales targets
  • Strong communication skills - you're great on calls and in writing
  • Experience with CRMs (we use HubSpot)
  • Self-motivated and organized - you can manage your time effectively
  • Comfortable working remotely
  • Experience in recruitment or HR tech is a plus
