At Huzzle, we pride ourselves on fostering a warm, family-like atmosphere within our team of 11 dedicated individuals working remotely. Our mission is simple yet powerful: we aim to help people find fulfilling work globally. In the past six months, we’ve been growing at an incredible rate of 85% month-over-month, with deals being closed every day! As an Account Executive, you will take the lead on client sales calls, manage strong relationships, and drive our revenue forward. Your work will involve converting leads into clients, handling objections like a pro, and consistently exceeding your sales targets. We value autonomy and encourage you to act as an entrepreneur within our supportive environment, where there’s ample opportunity for professional growth and career progression. If you have a knack for closing deals, a proven track record in B2B sales, and exceptional communication skills, we want to hear from you! Experience with CRMs, especially HubSpot, is a bonus, and while experience in recruitment or HR tech is helpful, it’s not a strict requirement.
