Who You Are
We are seeking a talented Analog Circuit Engineer to join our mixed-signal design team. This role offers the opportunity to design and develop complex power delivery IPs that are integral to Intel products.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and build analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits for power delivery IPs exploring design and new approaches and evaluating feasibility trade-offs.
Create floorplans, drive layout processes, perform circuit design and simulations to meet design specifications.
Creates test plans to verify design according to circuit and block microarchitecture specifications and evaluates test results.
Optimize design for power, performance, area, timing, and yield.
Conduct mixed-signal modeling and simulations in analog environments for feature analysis.
Develop and execute test plans to verify designs specifications.
Work with cross functional teams to ensure circuits meet functionality, robustness, and design requirements.
Perform high-quality technical reviews of innovative new designs and features.

You must possess the minimum education requirements and minimum required qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Relevant experience can be obtained through schoolwork, classes, project work, internships, and/or military experience. Additional preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 3 plus year of experience - OR - Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 2 plus year of experience - OR - PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Experience in Analog or mixed-signal circuit design (Voltage regulators, filters, amplifiers, LDOs, DC-DC converters, PLLs, DLLs, ADCs, ...)
Experience in taking designs from circuit to layout to silicon prototype
Knowledge of the analog design flow and industry standard CAD/EDA tools for schematic, simulation, such as Cadence Spectre/AMS Designer /Virtuoso, Synopsys, StarRC.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Power Delivery / Power Management systems / PMIC (eg DC-DC converter design, buck converters)
Experience in mixed signal modeling and system analysis of complex feedback systems

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US:
$139,710.00-$197,230.00Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.
