Intern - Mobility Applications

The pay range for this position is $12.00 - $0.00 / Hour with the opportunity to earn additional compensation pursuant with the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience level shift geographic location and business and organizational needs. THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:
Our internship program is designed to provide real-world experience that is directly related to your academic discipline and career goals and provide you a better understanding of career options for your degree. Components of the program include:
- Hands-on experience working as a member of the Mobility Applications Development team.
- Assigned projects to accelerate learning of key functions/process.
- Cross-functional departmental exposures within the corporate office.
- End of program presentation of project findings, and recommended course of action to executives.
YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH ALL THIS BY:
- Programming/Software Development – Involved in all stages and/or iterations in a software development project.
- Release Deployment: Learns the tools and processes for specific areas of release and deployment activities. May carry out early support activities such as providing support advice to internal users.
- Application Support: Work with subject matter experts to identify and resolve issues with applications. Carry out applications maintenance tasks.
- Incident Management: Undertakes the identification, registration, and categorization of incidents. Gathers information to enable incident resolution and promptly escalates incidents as appropriate.
ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:
- Currently pursuing bachelor’s degree or Masters and entering junior or senior year of school, would also consider recent graduates
- Strong academic record.
- Previous work experience and involvement with on-campus organizations or activities.
- Analytical thinking, collaborative mindset, strong communication, and time management skills.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and interact with management level personnel.
- Ability to commit during the months of June – August 2023
