Job Summary
The Integrated Account Services Operations Director is responsible for overseeing and managing the account Global Service Center, Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) support functions, process improvement initiatives, and communications. This role is client facing and demands a strong leader who exhibits exceptional customer service, is focused on operational excellence, and drives continuous improvements for organizational success.
