Job Summary

The Integrated Account Services Operations Director is responsible for overseeing and managing the account Global Service Center, Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) support functions, process improvement initiatives, and communications. This role is client facing and demands a strong leader who exhibits exceptional customer service, is focused on operational excellence, and drives continuous improvements for organizational success.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing Workplace Operations (e.g., initiatives, change management, account-wide programs, communications) and Client directed teams including Work Order Management, Global Call Center, and CMMS operations and training.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve Global Call Center performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the CMMS supports JLL and client organizational goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives and change efforts.
  • Provide operational program oversight for inspections, innovation, training, etc.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures/playbooks and performance measures to ensure simplification and consistency of work across team(s).
  • Lead internal and external communication strategies to foster a culture of open communication and collaboration within the organization.
  • Ensure operational activity alignment to risk and control framework.
  • Collaborate with account, platform, and client teams to deliver best practices within the portfolio.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Facilities Management with management/technical emphasis
  • Minimum of eight to ten years facility management experience including knowledge of facilities, including support systems and teams.
  • Strong knowledge of CMMS (Corrigo) and experience in identifying and implementing optimization.
  • Ability to provide leadership by coaching, training, mentoring.
  • Strong communication, presentation and listening skills. 
  • Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership. 
  • Must have strong technical and analytical skills. 

Proficient in the use of Windows software including but not limited to: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
