We’re looking for a B2B Sales & Account Specialist who thrives on finding and engaging potential retail partners. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to retailers, and managing relationships to help grow our wholesale business.

Working Hours ⏰: This is a full-time role. You can work flexible hours, but you may need to occasionally adapt to U.S. time zones for calls.
To excel in this role, you need to have:
🌿 3-5 years of experience managing B2B client relationships in wholesale or retail distribution of physical products
🌿 Ability to follow up diligently to keep retailers engaged
🌿 Experience prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and industry platforms (Faire.com, trade directories)
🌿 Excellent written and verbal communication skills for outreach, relationship building, and follow-ups
🌿 Ability to craft engaging emails and follow-up sequences
🌿 Ability to keep CRM records updated with lead statuses, contact notes, and follow-ups
🌿 Resourceful, proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude—able to find creative solutions and adapt on the go.
🌿 Tech-savvy, quick to learn new tools and platforms
Brownie points for:
🌍 Ability to cold call (not necessary but good to have)
🌍 Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly products
You’re an ideal fit if you’re organized, detail-oriented, and great at building relationships. You’re a strong communicator who can engage leads without sounding overly salesy. You take initiative, follow up persistently but tactfully, and genuinely care about sustainable products.
