🚀 We are Joyteractive - a leading mobile game developer and publisher specializing in the captivating world of puzzle games. Today, our team boasts 80+ rock star professionals, and we're on the lookout for talented individuals to help us dominate the world of puzzles!

🔝 Our leader is Cryptogram: Word Brain Puzzle - #3 spot among all iOS/Android word games in the US.

We're looking for an experienced Lead BI (BI Architect) to lead the development and maintenance of our Data Warehouse (DWH) system from the ground up. If you're passionate about building advanced data systems and leading a high-impact team, we would be happy to hear from you!

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

  • Lead BI Teams and Projects: Set strategic direction for all BI initiatives, overseeing planning and execution to ensure alignment with organizational goals and measurable business impact.

  • Oversee Data Warehouse and Reporting Systems: Ensure data is accurately collected, consistently processed, and effectively visualized to support data-driven decisions across the company.

  • Ensure Data Quality and Governance: Develop and enforce data management policies, procedures, and standards, maintaining data integrity, accuracy, and compliance throughout the organization.

  • Develop BI Capabilities and Drive Adoption: Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, implement new analytical tools, and foster a data-driven culture.

  • Coordinate Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring data insights address real business needs and drive performance.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

  • Cloud Services (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform for data storage and analytics.

  • Data Warehousing & Data Engineering. Proven track record in designing, building, and maintaining DWH solutions, along with data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.

  • Data Science Collaboration. Practical experience in Data Science or close collaboration with Data Science teams, including familiarity with machine learning concepts and workflows.

  • Product Analytics Collaboration. Demonstrated ability to extract insights from product usage data, driving user engagement and product improvements.

  • Technical Skills (SQL, Python). Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, data manipulation, and performance optimization, as well as Python for data analysis and scripting.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience in the gaming industry

  • English Proficiency
