Join our growing team at Vetcove, and help us transform how veterinarians buy the supplies they need to keep America's pets healthy. Vetcove's eCommerce and mobile platforms enable veterinary practices to compare and buy from all of their vendors in one place. Our community of more than 17,000 veterinary hospitals employs tens of thousands of veterinarians, and delivers care to many millions of animals every year across all 50 states. We’re a growing team on a mission to modernize the $50B+ animal health industry. Simply put, Vetcove helps veterinary organizations spend more time giving care, and less time shopping and comparing across vendors to supply their practices. Vetcove is a Y Combinator and venture-backed growth stage company with notable investors in Silicon Valley and NYC. We're looking for exceptionally talented and passionate people to join our growing team.

Vetcove is looking for an experienced and versatile product designer to help us craft exceptional experiences that empower veterinary clinics to thrive.

As a designer at Vetcove, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the tools that clinics use every day to run their practices, from inventory management to pharmacy workflows and beyond. You’ll own design efforts end-to-end—from early discovery and research to wireframes and polished visuals—collaborating closely with engineers, PMs, and our founding team along the way.

We’re looking for someone who can think in systems, prototype ideas quickly, and bring clarity to complex workflows. You’ll be instrumental in shaping not only our product, but our overall design culture as we scale.

What you’ll do

  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define team roadmaps and ensure we’re solving the right problems

  • Partner with engineers to ensure a high-quality implementation that matches the design intent

  • Create flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas clearly

  • Facilitate design sprints, user research sessions, and collaborative workshops

  • Help evolve and maintain our design system to ensure a cohesive experience across the platform

Who you are

  • You have 5+ years of experience designing thoughtful, intuitive web applications

  • You’ve shipped complex B2B or SaaS products, and can speak to your process in doing so

  • You think in systems and patterns, and have strong instincts for usability, interaction design, and hierarchy

  • You move fluidly between user experience, interaction, and visual design

  • You have a strong portfolio that shows off your product thinking and attention to detail
You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with engineers and stakeholders

  • You care deeply about quality and craftsmanship—but you’re also pragmatic when needed

Benefits (Full Time Roles)

  • 100% remote within the USA

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance

  • Automatic 401k contribution

  • Employee referral program

  • At home office set up

  • Bi-annual company retreats

  • Open vacation policy

  • Equity
