KCI is looking for bright and highly motivated college students (rising juniors, rising seniors or rising graduate students) to support and learn from our talented and diverse team of engineers, planners, scientists, and construction managers. The intern will work under the supervision of a technical manager within one of KCI's many diverse consulting, engineering, scientific, or design practices to gain exposure to real world projects and daily work tasks. Summer interns will work a 40-hour week, with at least 10 weeks of work required during the period from mid-May to the end of August. Interns will be assigned a dedicated supervisor and mentor, are required to attend planned activities, and must submit mid-summer and end-of-summer reports/presentations.

We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic college students who are keen to support and learn from our skilled team of engineers, planners, and scientists. This internship offers a unique opportunity to get hands-on experience working on real-world projects over a 10-week summer term, from mid-May to the end of August. As an Architectural Historian Intern, you will collaborate closely with a dedicated supervisor to assist in various tasks including conducting field surveys, supporting biological and physical stream assessments, and helping in watershed planning and ecosystem restoration projects. You will engage in data analysis, coordinate design plans, and apply quality control procedures to ensure top-notch delivery on project expectations.
