ERP Solution Architect

IT Concepts, Inc. (ITC) seeks an experienced ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Solution Architect.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to lead and deliver software capabilities across multiple ERP technologies with a focus on Human Capital systems
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ERP industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to enhance solution offerings
  • Ability to lead and support full business development lifecycle activities from pre-RFP to RFP activities in response to proposals, orals, and technical challenges related to human capital and ERP pursuits as a Solution Architect
  • Ability to identify, design, and build human capital differentiated capabilities
  • Ability to lead and solve complex ERP integrations and data management requirements
  • Engage with Business Development and Government to understand their business needs and technical challenges.
  • Analyze requirements to develop effective solutions or courses of action.
  • Support functional requirements development using Agile methodology by translating business requirements into Epics, Features, and User Stories
  • Design solutions that cover configuration, design, and development of ERP solutions (e.g., Oracle HCM Cloud, PeopleSoft, Workday, etc.)
  • Effectively analyze and demonstrate business processing reengineering of legacy Business Processes in favor of COTS-delivered capability
  • Engage with business development, program delivery, and senior leaders to clearly articulate functional and technical requirements and the value and functionality of HR and Payroll solutions through product demonstrations and presentations
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance during the implementation of human capital solutions
  • Address any technical challenges and ensure a smooth release and deployment process
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure solution feasibility and to align on requirements
  • Collect customer feedback on solutions and work with internal teams to refine and enhance product offerings

Location: Hybrid - Must be within commutable distance to ITC HQ in Tyson's Corner, VA (DMV area).

  • Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience planning, directing, and managing projects/operations using PeopleSoft or equivalent ERP systems such as Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.
  • 5+ years of experience applying industry-accepted standards and best practices related to strategic planning and portfolio management
  • 5+ years of experience in developing enterprise architectures
  • 10+ years of experience in Federal IT with a focus on supporting human capital or ERP programs
  • Proven experience with at least two full implementations of COTS ERP solutions functioning as Technical Lead or Lead Solution Architect
  • Proven experience with leading at least one large-scale human capital business development pursuit responsible for the solutions and technical response of a RFP response involving one of the major ERP products such as PeopleSoft, Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday or SAP SuccessFactors
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft or equivalent COTS ERP solutions, including working with 3rd party interface tools

Preferred Skills:

  • SAFe or Agile certifications desired
  • Oracle PeopleSoft, Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors certifications desired
  • Salesforce or ServiceNow HRSD certifications desired
  • AI/ML experience or certifications is desired

Clearance Requirements:

  • Active SECRET clearance (preferred) or ability to obtain a DOD-level clearance
  • US Citizen
