Purpose of the role
 
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage internal transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of technical and business skills, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects, managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders in a multinational environment.
 
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage internal transformation projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure project success
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
Communicate project status, progress, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management
Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, standards, and best practices
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and organizational efficiency, as part of Project Excellence

Experience
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on internal transformation projects that bring change to the organization
PMI / PMP certification preferred, but other Project Management Certifications welcome
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects
Experience in both technical and business aspects of project management
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders, contributing to organizational change
Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
Proficiency in project management software (Microsoft Project, JIRA, PPM Tools)
Experience of working with M365 suite and collaboration tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Cultural Awareness, working effectively in a multinational environment, understanding and navigating cultural differences
