Standard Care, LLC. is excited to welcome an HR Generalist to our team in either Portland, ME or Veazie, ME, with a bit of travel between the two offices! If you’re passionate about helping employees navigate their journey within an organization and have a knack for recruiting, onboarding, and benefits administration, this role is for you! In this dynamic position, you’ll be instrumental in collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, conducting interviews, and facilitating seamless onboarding experiences for new hires. Your strong communication and organizational skills will come in handy when you assist employees with benefits enrollment and act as a liaison between them and benefits providers. We value attention to detail and a solid understanding of employment laws, as these will be key components of ensuring compliance and maintaining accurate employee records. As part of our supportive and inclusive environment, you’ll also provide valuable resources for employee inquiries and support employee relations efforts.
