Anania & Associates (A&A) is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to join its team. Reporting to the President, this role will be a key member of the Portland, Maine based management team as it readies its portfolio, Anania & Associates Investment Co. (AAI), for a successful IPO in 2026.

In this pivotal role, you’ll be instrumental in shaping our HR strategy as we prepare Anania & Associates Investment Co. (AAI) for its exciting IPO slated for 2026. You'll work closely with our management team and oversee a dedicated HR staff, all while ensuring we attract and retain the top talent our growing portfolio requires. With a minimum of 10 years of HR experience, including at least 5 in management, you’ll be bringing a robust generalist background to the table, influencing every aspect from talent acquisition to labor relations. Our ideal candidate will have expertise in HR regulations, superb interpersonal skills, and a knack for navigating change management with grace and professionalism.
