Shift Supervisor

Description

As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead by example, ensuring smooth operations during your shift, maintaining quality standards, and guiding team members to provide outstanding service. You will also assist in training, inventory management, and fostering a positive work environment.


Key Responsibilities

      

· Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.

· Support and guide baristas and team members, providing mentorship and training.

· Maintain store cleanliness, safety protocols, and product quality standards.

· Assist in inventory control, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.

· Handle customer concerns and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

· Open or close the store, including cash handling and shift transitions.

· Performing Leadership Loops for each station throughout the shift

· Deliver quality Shift Huddles at the start of every shift

· Quality checks on beverage/food to make sure we maintain high standards

· Active Coaching for standards, service principles, and experience priorities

· Keeps GM informed of any issues

· Culture Champion for the La La Experience

Requirements

      

  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a coffee shop or food service preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Passion for hospitality
  • ServSafe Certified
