Role Description: The Compliance Analyst will be responsible for assisting the Senior Compliance Analysts and Banking as a Service Compliance Manager in the delivery of the Compliance Management System (CMS). The role will have a primary focus in conducting day-to-day monitoring and review related to the bank’s lending, deposit, and operational activities, as well as with the Bank’s Banking as a Service (BaaS) fintech partner programs. Further duties can be assigned at any time due to expanded activities from the bank, its partners, or regulators.

**Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on geographical market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. These ranges may be modified in the future.
Zone 1: $95,000 - $115,000 (SF/Bay Area, NYC, Seattle)
Zone 2: $92,739 - $103,043 (Los Angeles, Chicago, Austin, Denver, Boston, Washington DC, San Diego, Philadelphia, Portland, Sacramento)
Zone 3:$65,000 - $77,500 (Other US Metros)
