A Kids Instructor at Life Time is responsible for organizing, instructing, and implementing safe and enjoyable activities for children aged three months to 11 years. This includes welcoming guests, preparing for classes, monitoring children's interactions during play, maintaining attendance records, and engaging with parents about their children's development. Additionally, Kids Instructors promote Junior programming to increase participation in Kids Academy activities.

While a High School Diploma or GED is preferred, Kids Instructors at Life Time should complete all required Kid On-Demand Learnings before their first day. They must also secure First Aid and CPR/AED certifications within the first 60 days of being hired. Those with 6+ months of experience teaching children in similar environments will have an advantage.
