Job Description

This role will be based in Mountain View, San Francisco, New York or Bellevue.

At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

LinkedIn's vision is to create economic opportunity for every member of the global workforce.  Short- and medium-form video content consumption is becoming the default way people consume content, with exponentially increasing amounts of online time being spent consuming video-first content. Over the last year, we’ve observed the ecosystem-wide trend towards video impacting LinkedIn creation and consumption organically. We actively turn this engagement into opportunity, as it supercharges our hiring, marketing, selling, and learning marketplaces globally and reduces barriers to economic success. As a result, we are entering yet another explosive period of growth.

This growth means we can further the meaningful impact we have on the lives of our 1 Billion+ members. This includes helping someone find jobs/talent, build/nurture their network, give/get help, sell/buy, learn/teach, and so much more. We are helping people to start a business, grow their business, save their business, build their brand, be a mentor/advisor, or simply share information/knowledge to give back to the broader community.

In order for us to capitalize on this period of growth and use it to create opportunity for others, we are looking for an Al Product Manager to lead the core ranking of feed on LinkedIn. This includes how updates in the Feed are optimized and balancing multiple ecosystems trade offs and considerations.
