⭐️ Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled WordPress Developer / Web UI Designer with strong front-end development expertise.

You'll create stunning, high-performance websites that combine sleek UI/UX design with custom WordPress development.

You'll develop complex WordPress components from scratch, ensuring seamless adaptability across mobile and desktop platforms. With your Figma experience, you'll also contribute to the design and animation aspects, elevating the visual impact of our web projects.


⭐ How will you make an impact?
  • Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins to meet specific project requirements.
  • Optimize website performance, speed, scalability, and SEO technical best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and fix bugs, security vulnerabilities, and compatibility issues.
  • Ensure websites are responsive across mobile and desktop devices and mobile-friendly.
  • Integrate third-party tools and APIs as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with WordPress updates, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Bring your design eye to work that you’re developing, filling in the gaps to create a finished web that is of a high quality user experience and meets the client’s needs.
  • Create complex, visually appealing, and user-friendly ad hoc designs from scratch, following UI/UX design guidelines.
  • Integrate branding into web UI designs and refresh existing branding for modern appeal.
  • Collaborate closely with our marketing and product team to ensure alignment with business goals and brand guidelines.

  • 5+ years of proven experience as a WordPress developer with a strong portfolio of previous projects.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies, including Wordpress, HTML, CSS, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
  • Strong knowledge of PHP and MySQL.
  • Strong knowledge of GTM.
  • Experience with Google’s suite of tools, Tag Manager, Search Console, Page Speed Insights, Maps APIs, etc.
  • Experience with custom WordPress theme and plugin development.
  • Knowledge of Git version control and website security best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop complex, custom designs from scratch based on UI/UX design guidance.
  • Expeirence in designing intuitive and visually appealing UI/UX experiences using Figma
  • Understanding of website architecture and best practices for security.
  • Strong familiarity with graphic design tools like Figma
