Account Managers help clients achieve their strategic objectives by providing strong relationship management, service & support. We work on understanding client’s business. We optimise client’s workflows and priorities. The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining deep customer relationships to drive account revenue growth and retention. We help developing a high value contact network within these accounts, opening doors to retain & grow our book of business. This role is specifically focused on Group/Key strategic account management.
The candidate will be accountable for the commercial close of all deals and retention of existing business. You will also build/support larger solution opportunities and work alongside our growth and retention specialists.
