Client Success Associate

M1, a fast-growing fintech company, is looking for a Client Success Associate to provide a world-class client experience focusing on proactive engagement and wallet share expansion.

Skills

FINRA licensing (SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 or 66)
2+ years of work experience in sales or client service
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Technical proficiency with software platforms

Responsibilities

Develop an in-depth knowledge of all M1 products and offerings.
Resolve client queries and recommend solutions.
Make outbound proactive calls and messages to help clients understand M1's products.
Aggregate client feedback to provide insights for product development.

Education

FINRA licensing (SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 or 66)
