Your dedication will transform both the gaming floors and public areas, crafting an unforgettable experience that keeps guests returning time and time again. Join us in shaping the heartbeat of our casino and creating lasting memories for our patrons!THE STARTING PAY RATE: $19.777 / Per HourTHE DAY-TO-DAY:• Sweeps and removes all wrappers, broken glass, ashtrays, and debris from the floor• Clean and dust slot machines, including areas between machines, doors, and woodwork• Removes scuff marks and drink spills from the casino floor• Cleans slot chairs, polishes their bases, and then returns chairs to the proper position• Vacuum entire assigned stations, moving chairs, and other objects to ensure a thorough cleaning• Removes trash, replaces missing ashtrays, and wipes out and cleans all ashtrays and trash cans• Ensures all equipment is returned to the department and all malfunctioning equipment is reported• Replenishes supplies when necessary• Responds to and resolves guest challenges promptly and creatively solves problems with the ability to anticipate, recognize, evaluate, and resolve potential difficulties• Maintain the highest standards to ensure the detail quality and cleanliness in the casino, public areas, offices, restrooms and other required areasWHAT YOU’LL NEED:• At least six (6) months of professional cleaning experience• Must be able to carry, lift, and pull up to 75 pounds• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidaysTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE:• One (1) year of previous professional cleaning in a similar resort style setting• Ability to follow company safety policies and procedures to complete work in a safe manner• Proactively aware of unsafe conditions such as spills, wet areas, debris, and addressing quickly and efficiently• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders• Capable of standing and walking for a majority of the shift• Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal formsTHE PERKS & BENEFITS:• Free meals in our Aria employee dining room• Free parking on and off-shift at all MGM Resorts properties• Professional and personal development opportunities through employee programs and network groups• Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally• Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discountsAre you ready to JOIN THE SHOW?
