Job Title: B2B Project/Global Campaign Manager

Location: Remote

Work Shift: US East Coast or UK Timezone

Working Hours: 20 hours per week (5hrs/day, mon-thur) (Part-time, 6-month duration with possibility of extension, as role could evolve into Project/Account Management)

Job Description:
We are seeking an exceptional, results-driven Project Manager to lead a global, multi-faceted business development & marketing campaign in the form of a significant leadership adaptability research study. This is a complex and high-profile project with multiple stakeholders across different regions and teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale research/marketing projects, global teams, and navigating intricate, cross-functional challenges. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and co-ordination of the technical team, and overall delivery of the campaign within budget and on schedule. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic thinker and devoted do-er with strong organizational and leadership skills to make a tangible impact on a critical initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate a global research study, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
  • In partnership with the founders, establish multiple sponsorships and collaborations for both funding, and promoting both the research study, and the business brand.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between internal and external stakeholders. Build strong relationships and maintain effective communication with senior leadership, project teams, and research partners worldwide.
  • Help manage and secure the academic partners and volunteers to analysis and publish the final reports and papers.
  • Develop and implement a detailed project plan, set clear objectives, and define the scope of work. Identify key milestones and timelines, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee a diverse team across different regions and departments. Provide guidance, mentorship, and motivation to team members, ensuring high levels of collaboration and performance.
  • Anticipate, identify, and resolve any issues or risks that could impact the success of the project. Take proactive steps to address challenges and maintain momentum.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial resources are utilized effectively and efficiently.
  • Regularly update stakeholders on the project’s progress, providing clear and concise reports on milestones, risks, and deliverables. Ensure all project documentation is accurately maintained.
  • Ensure that all research methodologies and deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and integrity.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) as a Campaign, Project Manager, preferably in leading complex, global research studies or projects with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Strong business development and sponsorship/partnership sales experience, building fast relationships and credibility super fast.
  • A strategic thinker with a sharp eye for detail and a track record of managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Experience in global or multi-region project management with an understanding of different cultural and business dynamics.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results in complex and changing environments.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, or similar).
  • Ideally, background or knowledge in research methodology, data analysis, or market research is preferred.
