We are seeking an exceptional, results-driven Project Manager to lead a global, multi-faceted business development & marketing campaign in the form of a significant leadership adaptability research study. This is a complex and high-profile project with multiple stakeholders across different regions and teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale research/marketing projects, global teams, and navigating intricate, cross-functional challenges. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and co-ordination of the technical team, and overall delivery of the campaign within budget and on schedule. The B2B Project/Global Campaign Manager role is an exciting opportunity to lead a transformative global marketing initiative with a focus on leadership adaptability research. In this remote position, you’ll work part-time, 20 hours a week, either during US East Coast or UK hours. This six-month contract offers the potential for extension, allowing you to further engage with project or account management as the initiative evolves. As the Project Manager, your expertise will guide a multi-faceted campaign, where you’ll work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders around the globe. Your primary aim is to ensure seamless execution from start to finish, managing a complex network of teams, creating and driving project plans, and aligning with overall business objectives while staying within budget. You’ll build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders as the main point of contact and guide your team through various challenges while maintaining communication. Bringing in your eight-plus years of experience in managing large-scale research and marketing projects will be crucial. You’ll help establish sponsorships and leads for this pivotal campaign while also ensuring the research methodologies and deliverables meet the highest standards.
