As Sales Operations Manager, Global at MUBI you will be a critical part of our growing Film Sales team. You’ll join an exciting new team that is focused on delivering stellar films to a growing list of partners including Digital, Broadcast and Ancillary clients around the world. This role will maintain the timely delivery of all film elements to a multitude of sales platforms.
This role will work cross-functionally with our Sales, Operations, Legal, Finance, Marketing and Design teams, as well as external partners to ensure the smooth end-to-end delivery of content and materials throughout the distribution process.
This role will be based at our New York office, where you’re required to be on-site 2 days per week.
Managing timely deliveries with key partners such as Amazon, Apple TV, Fandango and Sky, amongst other similar platforms
Submitting Avails/Metadata to digital stores and delivery labs
Ensuring we’re live on date with pre-order on TVOD/EST stores
Price checks across all stores
Briefing in artwork, trailer and additional merchandising assets for digital platforms
Submitting artwork and materials to key sales accounts (TVOD/EST, TV, SVOD, AVOD, Educational)
Supporting with ad-hoc onboarding tasks to new platforms and territories
Approving promotional assets from key partners (Anuvu)
Updating our rights management system with NOD deadlines, access to language versions, and avails
Securing assets for deals with access to localized dubs
Liaising with Finance to arrange monthly TVOD/EST invoices
Providing operations support across the wider function if necessary, alongside a priority focus in Sales
3-5+ years of Ops experience in Film/TV distribution
Knowledge of digital distribution platforms
Experience working with EMA avails and a Rights Management system
Basic photoshop skills are preferred but not required
Team-oriented and able to collaborate across departments
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
A highly organized individual that pays close attention to the details
A passion for film with a strong knowledge of media, entertainment and technology industries
You’re a clear and effective communicator-able to communicate with all levels of global leadership
You’re comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, and enjoy being a team player
