What You’ll Do:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with sales or service inquiries.
Follow up on leads and schedule sales appointments and service visits.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty.
Maintain and update customer information in our CRM system.
Collaborate with sales, service, and marketing teams to meet client needs.
What We’re Looking For:
A friendly and professional communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable making outbound calls and working with a team.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or service support is a plus (automotive experience preferred).
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a bonus!
