Job Description

Team presentation and main goal:

As a Client Relationship Officer – Reverse Onboarding you will be responsible for:

  • Analyze, determine and approve adequacy of account documentation;
  • Liaise with the Client Service/KYC Coordination team to provide and  gather information from customers;
  • Advisory and support the Front Officers and External Clients to solve KYC requests / Customer Support mindset;
  • Perform basic and standard due diligence on new customer and counterparty relationships;
  • Interact with the Compliance department to follow internal policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Law background;
  • Experience in compliance in KYC related functions;
  • KYC / Vetting;
  • Compliance;
  • Microsoft office (Excel Power Pivot); 
  • Fluent English and French B2 level is mandatory;
  • Sense of urgency and aptitude for multi-tasking, quickly identifying and escalating to the appropriate level for resolution Sense of urgency and aptitude for multi-tasking, quickly identifying and escalating to the appropriate level for resolution; 
  • Strong writing, research and analysis skills, capability to document relevant information in a clear, structured and comprehensive way.
