Northrop Grumman is seeking an Administrative Assistant Level 4 to join the Emerging Mission Capabilities Engineering (EMCE) organization. The position is located in Baltimore, MD. In this role, you will be an integral part of our engineering organization and will be vital to the continued successful execution of our charter to provide the technical skills, technologies and processes for internal and external partnerships to affordably develop, design, produce, and sustain optimized product lines across the sector while providing a decisive advantage to the warfighter. In this highly collaborative position, you will be working jointly with senior leadership of the EMCE organization while also interacting with the overall organization of 1,400. You will be entrusted with confidential and proprietary information to help the organization run smoothly. You will have a vital role in organization-wide initiatives to take our performance to the next level, improve employee engagement, and further innovation efforts.
