Job Responsibilities:

  • Market H1B, H1B Transfer, Green Card, OPT, CPT, and EAD consultants to potential clients and vendors.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with Tier 1 vendors, direct clients, and implementation partners.
  • Source job opportunities for bench candidates through networking, job portals, and vendor contacts.
  • Negotiate contract terms, rates, and agreements to maximize placements.
  • Ensure timely submissions and follow-ups for open positions.
  • Track consultant project statuses and coordinate re-marketing efforts before contracts end.
  • Work closely with recruiters and sales teams to achieve placement goals.
  • Maintain an updated database of client requirements and consultant profiles.



  • Strong understanding of US IT staffing, bench sales, and recruitment cycles.
  • Experience working with H1B, GC, TN, OPT, CPT, and EAD candidates.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
