Role Overview
Noom is a digital healthcare company that connects people to content, coaching, community, and clinicians to build healthy habits and promote better living. We’re a mission-driven, high-growth organization that’s powered by science, technology, and world-class talent.
The Growth Product team is at the vanguard of our mission, tackling one of the hardest challenges in healthcare today: getting people to commit to living a healthier lifestyle. Many of our users have had previous experiences trying to live healthier lives where they’ve either failed, or succeeded temporarily only to slide back into old habits. On the Growth Product team you’ll help people believe in themselves again and invest in the right level of products, tools, and support that will make them successful long-term.
The Director of Product Growth we are seeking will have a strong desire to further our mission through innovation. We’re constantly expanding the ways we can help people live healthier lives, and this role will drive the strategy and vision for determining the best moments and methods to get existing Noom users (both free and paid) to adopt more of our products and stick around to see the benefits. Along with our Design, Engineering, and CRM teams, you’ll ideate, evaluate, drive, and execute on opportunities to improve our retention, churn prevention, cross-sell, and upsell experiences. The ideal candidate will be a strategic player-coach that is excited to drive and scale a critical area of our business.
