The Growth Product team is at the vanguard of our mission, tackling one of the hardest challenges in healthcare today: getting people to commit to living a healthier lifestyle. • Alongside all the fun perks of working at a cutting-edge startup with international reach, you’ll have the opportunity to flex your creativity, take advantage of continuous learning opportunities, and collaborate with executive leadership to influence overall company strategy.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years managing teams of Product Managers (ideally within Growth)
  • Ability to navigate high degree of ambiguity and drive complex projects forward, executing in a highly autonomous way
  • Strong first principles thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer empathy and well-versed in user psychology
  • Scrappy (execution and outcome-focused) and curious
  • Data savvy - well versed with a variety of tools and concepts (user research, market research, data analysis, A/B testing, price testing, etc.). You should understand experimentation concepts like statistical significance and how to calculate an appropriate sample size
  • Experience building, shipping, and scaling net-new products
