Novel is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager (full-remote) to drive growth across Germany, Poland, the Netherlands and the Nordic regions. The ideal candidate is a proactive, self-motivated professional with a deep understanding of B2B sales dynamics in these markets. Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients across Germany, Poland, the Netherlands, and the Nordic regions through various outreach channels.
  • Client Outreach: Initiate meaningful conversations with potential clients to present solutions tailored to their unique needs.
  • Market Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our services and articulate their value propositions to potential clients.
  • Sales Presentations: Create and deliver impactful presentations that showcase our solutions and their benefits.

  • 3+ years of experience in New Client Acquisition, Business Development, or B2B sales, ideally within IT Services or Staffing/Consulting industries in Germany, Poland, the Netherlands, or Scandinavia.
  • Fluency in English, preferably with German, Dutch, Polish, or a Nordic language.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales platforms.
  • Familiarity with business practices and cultural nuances in the aforementioned regions.
  • Self-driven and able to operate autonomously.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within the aforementioned regions.
