We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will architect scalable and secure infrastructure solutions while providing technical leadership on best practices for deployment automation, observability, and resilience engineering. You will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives aimed at improving system reliability, reducing operational overhead, and enhancing developer productivity through sophisticated tooling and processes. 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Create scalable, secure infrastructure solutions for the organization that meet business needs and provide long-term reliability. 

• Provide technical leadership on best practices for automating deployment pipelines, ensuring fast and reliable software releases. 

• Drive initiatives to improve system observability, implement robust monitoring, and enhance system resilience to ensure uptime and performance. 

• Lead efforts to improve system reliability, reduce manual intervention, and enhance operational efficiency, contributing to a seamless developer experience. 

• Share deep technical expertise with team members, mentor junior engineers, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. 

• Work closely with engineering leadership to align technology decisions with business goals, ensuring the infrastructure supports both immediate needs and long-term vision. 

• Excel at tackling intricate and complex infrastructure challenges, applying your expertise across multiple cloud platforms. 

• Champion tooling and processes that reduce operational friction, allowing developers to focus more on building high-quality code and features. 

• Experience in the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of financial products, services, and industry regulations. 

• Strong experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. 

• Proven track record of architecting secure, scalable infrastructure solutions. 

• Expertise in deployment automation, CI/CD pipelines, and related tooling. 

• In-depth knowledge of observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) and techniques. 

• Strong experience with infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation). 

• Deep understanding of resilience engineering, fault-tolerant architectures, and disaster recovery strategies. 

• Ability to mentor and lead teams, fostering collaboration and technical excellence. 

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex technical challenges. 

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with leadership, developers, and cross-functional teams.
