The Role We Need:


PadSplit is growing, and we need a Marketing Designer to help bring our brand to life across digital platforms. From engaging social media content to high-impact landing pages and motion graphics, this role will be key in elevating our visual storytelling and enhancing brand consistency. If you love creating compelling designs that capture attention and drive engagement, this is an exciting opportunity to make an impact!


The Person We Are Looking For:


We need a creative, fast-moving designer who can balance aesthetics with performance-driven design. The ideal candidate is skilled in motion graphics, animation, and digital design—someone who can turn ideas into scroll-stopping visuals while maintaining brand consistency. If you're proficient in Figma, Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we’d love to see your work!


Here Is What You’ll Be Doing Day-To-Day:
  • Create Engaging Social Content: Design eye-catching graphics and animations for social media platforms to enhance brand presence.
  • Develop Motion Graphics: Produce quick-turnaround motion designs like Instagram reels and short-form animations for dynamic marketing needs.
  • Design and Update Landing Pages: Ensure a visually appealing and user-friendly online experience by crafting and refining landing pages.
  • Maintain Brand Consistency: Collaborate with Product and Marketing Designers to uphold brand guidelines across all marketing materials.
  • Utilize Advanced Design Tools: Work proficiently in Figma, Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop to produce high-quality designs.
  • Adapt to Fast-Paced Needs: Quickly iterate on designs and adjust to shifting priorities while maintaining quality.
  • Enhance Visual Storytelling: Leverage typography, spacing, and layout principles to create aesthetically compelling visuals.
  • Ensure Precision in Deliverables: Pay close attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all creative assets.


Here is what You’ll Need To Be Successful:
  • Marketing Design Experience: 3-4 years in a design role, ideally in a fast-moving industry.
  • Proficiency in Core Design and AI Tools: Strong skills in Figma, Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop, with experience leveraging AI-powered tools.
  • Strong Portfolio: Demonstrated ability in social media graphics, motion design, and landing page creation.
  • Excellent Communication: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and convey design concepts clearly.
  • Detail-Oriented Approach: Commitment to precision, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Adaptability & Proactive Mindset: Ability to shift gears quickly and find creative solutions in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with Collaboration Tools: Experience using Slack, Canva, and other digital tools for effective teamwork.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: A keen eye for design aesthetics with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals.


The Interview Process:
  • Your application will be reviewed for possible next steps by the Hiring Manager.
  • If you meet eligibility requirements, the next step would be a video screen with a member of the PeopleOps team for about thirty (30) minutes.
  • If warranted, the next step would be a video interview with our Senior Director of Content for thirty (30) minutes.
  • If warranted, the next step would be a video interview with a small panel of key stakeholders for one (1) hour. For this interview, a candidate would create an email banner during the panel interview.
  • If warranted, then we move to contract!


$25,000 - $35,000 a year
Full time - Independent Contractor. This is a contract position where compensation is based on the role's scope, national market benchmarks, and the person's expertise and experience.
