At Pantheon, our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are the first point of contact for potential customers, playing a critical role in driving our growth. This role blends both inbound and outbound sales development, meaning you'll engage with prospects who have shown interest in Pantheon while also proactively reaching out to potential customers who may not yet know how our platform can transform their digital presence.
Your goal is to generate high-quality opportunities for our Account Executive (AE) team by qualifying inbound leads, conducting outbound prospecting, and initiating meaningful conversations that drive pipeline growth. Whether responding to inbound inquiries, researching and identifying new prospects, or sparking conversations through cold calls, emails, and social outreach, you’ll be instrumental in expanding Pantheon’s reach and building relationships with potential customers.
📍 This is a remote-first role, with a preference for candidates located on the U.S. East Coast or in Ontario, Canada.

Compensation:
The on-target earnings (OTE) for this position is approximately:
80,000 USD per year for candidates based in the United States
80,000 CAD per year for candidates based in Ontario, Canada
Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
