Inside Sales Specialist

Job Description

Are you a sales professional with a track record in increasing sales within a SaaS technology organisation? PaperCut’s Inside Sales team works with our Sales Development team on our inbound and outbound sales cycle. Do you love converting marketing-qualified leads into new customers and turning existing customers into repeat business? If so, we want to hear from you.

Reporting to the Global Inside Sales Lead, this is a full-time hybrid role based in our Bracknell office 3 days per week.

Some of the things you'll do...

  • Work together with a Sales Development Representative to ensure the smooth transition of a qualified lead.
  • Present our cloud product to a potential customer leading to a sale.
  • Call an existing customer to upsell them to a newer/more appropriate product.
  • Attend a product training meeting to ensure you stay on top of product updates.
  • Hold a funnel meeting with one of our Authorised Partners.
  • Work with a Partner Manager to guarantee a renewal is signed.

  • You have experience working in a SaaS sales environment.
  • You have experience working in a high volume call environment.
  • Your customer relationship skills position you as a trusted PaperCut expert with Partners at all levels.
  • Your desires to hit targets pairs nicely with your careful and well thought out style.
  • You can position technology products and services to the target audience.
