Paradigm Rehab is building a speech program focused on educating and leading the home therapy space. Our Director of Speech-Language Pathology is committed to building a foundational team of therapists who find reward in helping clients and therapists succeed. With geriatric and pediatric cases across metro NYC and into Westchester County, we have close-to-home caseloads and supportive infrastructure.


Speech Language Pathologist Requirements:
  • Speech Language Pathologist Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist preferred
  • Master’s Degree in the field of Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
  • Current, Unencumbered New York State Licensure
  • Provide speech-language services to school-aged students in home settings
  • Assess, identify goals, measure progress, and provide plans for re-evaluation for children with a variety of developmental delays
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team communication and service planning to create individualized programming for each child.
  • Provide all documentation promptly.
  • Maintain up-to-date CPR certification and adhere to all safety protocols.
  • Manage a minimum caseload of 4-5 patients
