Patrique Mercier Recruitment is pleased to offer a fantastic opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Support representative to join the Food Delivery Service Department. In this role, you will be the front line of communication for our German-speaking customers, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring a smooth delivery experience. Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, in German.
  • Assist customers with orders, inquiries, and issues related to food delivery services.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Food Delivery team to enhance service quality and delivery processes.
  • Stay informed about menu offerings and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred, particularly in the food service industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
  • Proficient in using customer service software is a plus.
