Responsibilities
Participate in a cross-functional agile team focused on user-facing features and/or internal infrastructure.
Influence people across teams and departments with excellent communication skills.
Work with Developers and Product to understand feature touchpoints, review specs, provide testing estimates, and help prioritize. Collaborate with team members to design, plan, write, maintain, and run automated tests.
Create, maintain, and execute test plans and be able to contribute to the department’s continuous improvement.
Learn and operate our release pipeline for browser app and mobile (iOS).
Be on the hunt for defects and improvement opportunities, with outstanding attention to detail, critical thinking, and a problem-solving mentality.
Deliver and excel at hitting due dates.
Skills you already have:
4+ years of experience testing software, operations work, or other technical skill set
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated experience with software QA processes
Some automation, scripting, or other development experience
Experience with writing Test Cases using Test Case Management Tools
Multi-tasking is second nature to you
Self-starter that can work independently
Business level English proficiency
Nice to Haves:
Mobile (iOS or Android) testing experience
Team lead or mentoring experience
Knowledge of computer networks and internet protocols
Working knowledge of CI, Git, TestCollab
Experience with PlayWright and TypeScript
Experience with Jira
Experience working in a start up environment
