Penn Mutual is seeking a detail-oriented Workday HCM Specialist to support our growing HRIS team. This position will be responsible for managing Workday data to support our 1200 employees. The main focus of this role is ensuring data integrity, creating reports and providing insights to support the organization. This position is 100% remote.

Join Penn Mutual as a Workday HCM Specialist and become an integral part of our dynamic HRIS team! In this remote position, you will be the backbone of our HR operations, supporting our dedicated workforce of approximately 1,200 employees. Your main responsibilities will revolve around managing and maintaining employee records in Workday, ensuring accuracy and data integrity every step of the way. You’ll be working closely with our team to troubleshoot issues, create insightful reports, and provide solutions that help enhance our HR processes. In this role, you'll also test new features of Workday, perform regular audits on system data, and assist with new hire processes. We’re looking for someone with a strong analytical mindset who can safely handle sensitive information with discretion. Your communication skills will shine as you serve as the primary point of contact for Workday support needs and provide training on HCM processes. With a minimum of one year of Workday HCM experience required and a passion for improving HR technology, you’ll find this a rewarding position where you can truly make a difference.
