As a Growth Engineer, you’ll be joining the Growth Team and be the tech backbone of the Marketing team at PlayPlay.

From developing our main website, automating workflows, managing marketing data, your goal is simple: help the team move faster and perform better.


You’ll support strategic projects with smart, tech-driven solutions, always looking for ways to generate more leads and streamline operations. You’ll work closely with our Growth Ops, Brand Designer, local marketing teams, and cross-functional partners (Tech, Legal), reporting directly to the Global Marketing Director.


This is a hands-on role at the crossroads of code, data, and growth — perfect for a builder who loves solving problems and driving impact through technology.



YOUR MISSIONS 💪


• Develop and maintain our main website (playplay.com), as well as other sites and event landing pages (e.g. Content Summit), in close collaboration with our brand designer and the marketing teams (full stack)

• Support strategic marketing initiatives with smart, tech-powered solutions (eg paid, SEO, data enrichment, lead processing projects, etc)

• Manage the data architecture used for marketing reporting

• Boost lead generation through tracking, automation, referrals… You’ll be our performance hacker!

• Automate internal tasks to help the team save time and focus on impact.

• Act as the point of contact for Tech and Legal teams on cross-functional projects.

• Stay on top of the best code / low-code / no-code tools to help us work smarter.

YOUR SKILLS 🎯


• You have 2 to 4 years of experience as a Growth Engineer or Marketing Ops

• You're confident with HTML / CSS / JavaScript and have a solid understanding of APIs.

• You know your way around growth practices and tools (tracking, CRM, data…).

• You're detail-oriented, organized, and you document what you build.

• You’re comfortable juggling multiple projects and requests

• You are fully proficient in English (reading docs or StackOverflow is part of the job!).
