PortmanDentex requires candidates for the Head of Operations role to have proven experience managing area managers across multiple sites in a customer-facing industry. While dental experience is not mandatory, applicants from equivalent sectors such as healthcare, retail, or hospitality are encouraged to apply. Strong strategic and commercial acumen is also important.
