Educational Consultant


We are looking for a results-driven Education Consultant with a strong sales mindset to actively promote educational programs and recruit students. In this role, you'll counsel students, understand their goals, and match them with the right courses, colleges, or universities – both locally and abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote educational programs to prospective students through online and offline channels
  • Provide one-on-one consultations to understand students’ interests and recommend suitable programs
  • Convert leads into enrollments by following up, answering queries, and guiding through the admission process
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly student recruitment targets
  • Attend educational fairs, webinars, and events to generate leads
  • Maintain updated knowledge of partner institutions and their admission criteria

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in education sales, student recruitment, or academic counseling
  • Confident, persuasive communicator with a passion for helping students
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets
  • Knowledge of international and local education systems
  • Familiar with CRM tools and lead tracking
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education/Marketing preferred)
  • Multilingual skills are a plus
