The Calling:

The Professional Services Facilitator plays a crucial role in the delivery of professional services and learning to educators at different levels to foster the implementation of best practices in Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) and the effective adoption of Branching Minds. As part of the Professional Services team, the Professional Services Facilitator will support the Professional Services Managers and the Director, Professional Services to drive key performance indicators related directly to executing best-in-class professional learning and development to our school partners. This role requires strong project management and execution skills, a deep understanding of MTSS, excellent collaboration and communication skills, and a passion for transforming teaching and learning experiences through professional services.

What You Will Achieve:

  • Deliver engaging professional development, including in-person facilitated sessions, webinars, and remote sessions, focusing on MTSS best practices and our BRM platform and features as directed by the Professional Services Managers and Director of Professional Services.
  • Collaborate with the Professional Services team in the design, creation and delivery of content in support of effective district professional development delivery and overall healthy implementation of the Branching Minds platform
  • Schedule, lead, and document pre-session planning calls to prepare for delivery of high-quality professional development and overall healthy implementation for district stakeholders
  • Utilize strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and schedule tasks, meet deadlines, prepare customer-facing materials, and manage resources effectively.
  • Provide highly responsive customer service and maintain a high level of partner satisfaction, proactively identifying and resolving issues before, during, and after professional development delivery Add adaptable skills and troubleshooting
  • Cultivate trusting partnerships across BRM teams and with district partner stakeholders to ensure joint alignment of short and long-term goals
  • Continue to develop and deepen your knowledge of MTSS practice and platform functionality to impart in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Participate in ongoing engagement opportunities with district partners through the BRM Community, Pathfinder meetings, MTSS Summits, Regional MTSS Consortiums, webinars, etc.
  • Provide school-based insights and expertise to help inform product development and forecast potential use cases for educators

  • 5 years of elementary and/or secondary school classroom teaching experience.
  • Prior experience in a training, technical support, or professional services role.
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and best practices.
  • Demonstrated passion for improving education and a commitment to empowering educators through professional learning.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in evaluating the impact and effectiveness of professional learning initiatives
  • Ability to stay updated with the latest trends, research, and advancements in educational technology.
  • Ability to travel nationwide a significant amount of the time.  
  • Skilled communicator and presenter with attention-grabbing design skills for adult learners, both onsite and virtually
  • Knowledge of literacy, math, and/or SEL/behavioral curriculum, instruction, and assessment
  • Effective in leading teacher group-driven problem-solving meetings and developing action plans
  • Energized by collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

  • 3 years of school or district-level administrative/leadership experience 
  • Mastery level knowledge in creating and sustaining a strong Multi - Tiered System of Supports culture across a district or state system

Interview Process:

If we are a match, you can expect a total of 3 steps in the interview process after the initial application:

  • 30-minute Phone Interview with the Director, Professional Services and a Professional Services team member
  • Professional Development Task where candidates design a 15-20 minute presentation
  • 60-minute Final Round Interview and Task Presentation with Chief Academic Officer, Director, Professional Services and Professional Services team members

  • Base annual compensation for this role is $75,000 - $85,000 based on experience and expertise as well as geographic location
