Sourcing Specialist

People ought to enjoy their work, and companies should be wildly successful. All of the work at our company is done to ensure that happens. We work with fast-growing companies that are based in Phoenix, Arizona. Those companies are professionally run and are doing good work in the world. The positions we typically hire for are Senior Financial Analyst, Accounting Manager, VP of HR, HR Manager, Chief Financial Officer, Controller, and other similar positions. We are centered on two commitments:

  1. Get the right person for the position as fast as possible
  2. Connect people to their dream job

A “Day in the Life” of the Recruiter

Working directly with the Search Director, the Recruiter will work rapidly to find the best candidates for each open position. The Recruiter will ask the Search Director what the priority is for the day or what the priorities are for the week. The Recruiter will then utilize different technologies and social media platforms to identify and reach out to people. Those are people who are qualified for open positions with the companies we work with. There is also coordination with all related parties throughout the interview process.

Core Tactics

● Enter custom search criteria into each candidate source (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Facebook, etc.)

● Review profiles for candidate fit

● Import candidate information into RecruiterFlow and attach it to the Job

● Reach out to each qualified candidate (on LinkedIn, email, text, Facebook, etc.)

● Monitor Inboxes for candidate responses

● Schedule interested candidates with the Search Director

● Provide detailed information to candidates

● Coordinate interviews

● Enter candidate information into RecruiterFlow

● Take feedback from the Search Director

● Additional responsibilities as needed

Characteristics of the Role

● Execution: Taking direction from the Search Director and executing that in the best way possible.

● Learning: Always be learning. Don’t be a know-it-all.

● Optimism: Getting energy from getting to the root cause of issues and finding the solution.
