Responsibilities

The Lead Physical Therapist possesses the clinical, administrative and compliance knowledge to support the management of the physical therapy department.  They provide medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services in order to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders.  The Lead Physical Therapist performs responsibilities in accordance with Physical Therapy/Hospital Policy, state and federal regulatory licensing and accrediting requirements.

Qualifications

Shift: Monday–Friday, with rotating weekends and holidays hours 8:00 a.m - 4:30 p.m. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

 

1.               Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.

2.               Current state Physical Therapy license.

3.               Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.

4.               2 years of clinical experience required.

5.               1 year of previous supervisory/management experience preferred.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $ $37.63 to $54.50. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.#LI-JC4
