Revenue Operations Analyst (Remote-California)

As a Revenue Operations Analyst you will help drive customer experience through accurate and timely workflows and deliver improvements to our Revenue Team’s technology stack. A successful candidate will have the ability to work independently in a dynamic, rapidly-growing, and fast-paced environment. This role reports directly to the Sr Manager, Revenue Operations.

As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will:

  • Partner with the Revenue teams to solve user inquiries related to billing and collections
  • Perform month-end close process and reconciliations and help maintain completeness, including attribution and booking information
  • Assist the contract drafting process, generating standard documents and working with Legal and Revenue to help respond to customer feedback
  • Drive the lead management process and ensure we have scalable process for procurement, enrichment, execution and reporting 
  • Empower key stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve process, and tools to enable scalable analysis, reporting, and decision making
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, respond to process & policy questions and effectively communicate requirements to the Revenue teams

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in similar role, required
  • BA/BS in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance
  • Process-oriented with an understanding of both financial and operational controls
  • Comfortable working with manual and automated processes
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience with Stripe, Salesforce, SalesLoft, Chilipiper, Docusign and Ironclad knowledge preferred
  • Experience reading and working with contracts
  • Demonstrated professional experience using Excel and working with large data sets
  • A passion for creating new systems and solving problems via infrastructure and automation

 

In the United States the range for the this position is typically a base salary of $67,000 to mid salary of $76,000, with a quarterly bonus program. The range provided is Shopmonkey’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. Consult with your Recruiter during the initial call to determine a more targeted range based on these job-related factors. In addition to this base compensation company stock options and benefits as outlined below are included.
