Position: VP of Brand
Location: Remote


Position Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President of Brand to lead the evolution of their brand presence and strengthen their emotional connection with customers. This role will be instrumental in crafting a cohesive and compelling narrative, developing impactful campaigns, and delivering innovative brand experiences that inspire loyalty and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Storytelling:

    • Own and articulate the core narrative to build deeper emotional connections with their community.

    • Collaborate with content, marketing, and creative teams to ensure consistent and compelling storytelling across all channels.

  • Emotional Connection:

    • Develop and execute strategies to connect with customers on an emotional level, turning consumers into passionate brand advocates.

    • Leverage consumer insights and data to understand and amplify the unique values that resonate with their audience.

  • Experiential Moments:

    • Conceptualize and execute experiential activations (events, partnerships, campaigns) that bring the brand to life in innovative and memorable ways.

    • Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of experiential strategies into broader business objectives.

  • Leadership:

    • Build and lead a high-performing team of brand strategists, creatives, and project managers.

    • Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration within the organization.

    • The creative team (as well as the influencer and social teams) will be in this reporting org.

  • Metrics & ROI:

    • Define success metrics for brand initiatives and ensure measurable impact on customer retention, brand equity, and market share.

    • Report on brand performance and recommend adjustments to strategies based on insights and trends.

    • A successful candidate will be able to increase traffic to the website while keeping the cost of advertising low.

  • Proven experience (8+ years) in brand leadership roles within high-growth CPG, beverage, or wellness industries.

  • Deep expertise in brand storytelling and emotional marketing strategies.

  • Demonstrated success in building experiential brand activations that drive engagement and loyalty.
