Position Overview:

Our client is a rapidly growing online brand in the baked goods industry, specializing in high-quality, innovative products like breads, rolls, and bagels. They are passionate about building a strong community through authentic partnerships.They are seeking a Junior Paid Ads Specialist to assist with digital advertising campaigns. The role involves managing and optimizing paid ads across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram to ensure cost-effective campaigns that target the right audience and drive growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, creation, and management of paid ads campaigns on various platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns, providing recommendations for optimization.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and placements.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and changes in paid advertising platforms.
  • Research new paid advertising opportunities to expand our reach.
  • 3+ years of experience in paid ads marketing/media buying, with a focus on managing high-budget campaigns in an agency or brand setting.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Motion Creative.
  • Strong skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and performance marketing metrics (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Proven analytical abilities and experience with data-driven marketing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively.
  • Experience with e-commerce or consumer goods is a plus.
  • Degree in Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills, accountability, and a sense of ownership.
