THE ROLE – YOUR PASSION

  • You will be the Scrum Master for an Agile software development team (later possibly for two teams)

  • You will work closely with our other scrum masters

  • You will help facilitate cross-team meetings such as the Sprint Review or the Scrum of Scrums

  • You keep a close eye on your team’s health and take the lead in identifying impediments to your team’s success, and working to resolve them

  • Together with your colleagues, you foster a culture of transparency, collaboration and continuous improvement

WHAT YOU NEED TO SURF THE WAVE WITH US

  • You have a passion for Agile software development and principles

  • You have experience working in teams practicing Scrum, perhaps as a developer or product owner

  • You are knowledgeable about Scrum, and confident of your ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies

  • You help the scrum team focus on continuous improvement

  • You are fluent in English (spoken and written)
