The candidate should have 5+ years of Scrum Master experience in tech-driven environments, preferably in financial services, with a solid understanding of front office trading (FX) and data management. They will collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, resolving blockers, and promoting team efficiency. Technical proficiency in understanding software development processes and experience with agile tools like ADO and Confluence is essential.Qualifications (must haves):• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT or related field• 5+ years of experience as a scrum master in a technology driven environment, with experience in the financial services industry• Ideally an understanding of front office trading (ideally FX) and data management• Demonstrated ability to work with external vendors and manage complex, multi-team projects• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage an influence stakeholders at all levels• Technical proficiency in understanding software development processes• Experience with agile tools such as ADO and ConfluenceTasks & Responsibilities:• Agile Facilitation• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and agile ceremonies for both teams.• Ensure adherence to agile principles and practices, and act as a coach to improve team performance and efficiency continuously.• Serve as a primary point of contact for cross-team communication, ensuring alignment between agile teams, auxiliary groups & enterprise initiatives.• Facilitate communication with external vendors, ensuring that requirements are clearly understood and deliverables met.• Work closely with the teams to understand the technical nuances of their work and work with enterprise teams to support them or remove blockers impeding progress.• Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the team’s work aligns with business objectives.• Provide regular updates to leadership on team progress risks and dependencies.• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the team’s agility, productivity, and overall effectiveness.• Promote a culture of continuous learning and adaptation.Benefits:For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
