Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultants

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultants for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services.

SAP SF EC With Time Tracking Experience

  • Professionally or Associate level Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central with Time Tracking experience.
  • Experience in HR/HCM projects.
  • Experience and knowledge of Employee Central (EC) including implementation strategies, data and reporting.
  • Experience in Integration Centre, SuccessFactors APIs.
  • Good knowledge of system configuration in accordance with Solution Design Configuration workbook, giving Proof of Concepts.

SAP SF Compensation Consultant

  • To gather and challenge business requirement and drive workshops.
  • Write and present the detailed functional specifications.
  • Validate development during qualification tests.
  • Support Capgemini development team during technical design and development phase.
  • Support business team during UAT Tests.
  • Good To Have Skills -SAFe, Agile.
  • Must Have Skills - Business Analyst, Agile Knowledge.

  • 3-5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Must have handled minimum two end to end SF implementations
  • Outstanding English communication, both verbal and non-verbal.
  • Good hands-on experience on SuccessFactors integrations.
  • Effective communication skills and able to relay information well in both written and verbal form.
  • A good understanding of product business know-how would be an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal interaction and able to work well with the team and Client stakeholders.
