EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Current and valid state RN License.
2. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
3. Completion of Critical Care Course preferred.
4. Basic Arrythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire.
5. Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
6. Minimum of one year as a staff RN in acute care hospital, critical care preferred.
7. Critical Care RN (CCRN) Certification preferred.
8. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $35.35 hour to $47.58 hour. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.

In this role, you'll be overseeing the delivery of safe and effective patient care by utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will provide direct patient care, leading the charge in patient and family education while guiding the activities of other nursing personnel. Your strong communication skills will come into play as you keep the medical team informed about any changes in your patients' conditions, including vital monitoring and diagnostic results. It’s also essential that you maintain patient confidentiality and privacy at all times. To thrive in this role, you should have a current RN license and have completed or be willing to complete certifications in BLS and ACLS shortly after hiring. Experience in an acute care setting and Critical Care RN certification are preferred.
