- Support and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy
- Manage and lead a team of recruiters
- Identify and implement best practices for recruitment and selection

- Partner with HR and departmental leaders to define hiring needs
- Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Analyze and report on recruitment metrics
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Provide training to hiring managers on recruitment best practices
- Stay updated with industry trends and legal requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
